Sue Bramhall was diagnosed with retinitis pigmentosa (RP) in 1974. She is continually learning to make the most of her remaining sight and she continues to explore the world.

At the Foundation Fighting Blindness Visions ‘04 and ‘07 conferences she heard many people express their heartfelt desires to be as independent as possible and to fulfill their dreams—and many of those dreams involve travel. Sue created Mind’s Eye Travel to enable people who are visually impaired and blind to visit memorable destinations easily and free of stress.

Sue and her husband, Silvio Calabi, have traveled extensively and have created and hosted very successful special tours for small groups. They are now applying their experience to trips for blind and visually impaired as well as sighted travelers.
